The Zingaro is the collection of people who are behind the big red food truck at the beergarden.  We specialize in out-of-the-box cooking…creating unique burgers and hot dogs, crazy concoctions of poutine, and what ever else catches our fancy.

We try to keep things as local as we can.  The meat for our burgers comes from Benedetti’s Meat Market, Buns and pretzels are provided by Reality Kitchen.

The burger range from classics like a BBQ Bacon or Chicken BLT or something unique like our own creation The Billy.  This one pays homage to some of our roots in New Mexico and has New Mexico Hatch green chilis, jalapeño, pickled jalapeño, lettuce, tomato, onion and pepperjack cheese all dressed with “Billy Sauce” and house made Chipolte Aioli.

Form the beginning we have strived to be sustainable- our first fry oli was given to a teacher in Albuquerque, NM who would make it into biodesel to run his car.  We use compostable containers and are constantly looking for ways to reduce waste.
